Moving with Babies!

Learn the art of movement and touch for attachment, perinatal mental health and infant brain development through pregnancy, birth and the first year.

Babies learn and grow through movement, which means every little push, reach and pull matters for mental, emotional and social development. This learning and growing begins pre-birth as Baby feel Mom’s movement, and it continues body first in the form of play…with moms, dads and caregivers leading the way.

This means the nervous system health of parents and caregivers matters for baby’s development.

Maybe pregnancy was filled with stress. Maybe the birth didn’t go as planned or maybe there was a traumatic birth. Maybe Mom and Baby are struggling to attach. Maybe Mom is struggling to find herself in this new role. Maybe her body doesn’t feel like her own. Maybe Dad doesn’t know where he fits or how to help her.

The answers, healing and freedom are in the body…Mom’s, Dad’s and Baby’s.
