What if you could help ALL of your students regulate for learning?
What if doing so meant you could finally love your profession again?

You weren’t hired to be a therapist, and your own nervous system is suffering.

There is hope, and that hope is found in the body.

The adult body is a reflection of the infant/child body. The ways in which our bodies yield (or soften), push, reach and pull are deeply connected to early needs and attachments. This is because the body senses, feels and moves before the brain can think and process.

If there was an interruption in attachment…if needs went unmet…or if there was trauma, the body knows. And as a person grows, the body learns to compensate and send inaccurate messaging to the brain that get in the way of learning.

But the body-brain connection is malleable. Early movements stuck in the developing nervous system can be repatterned. This is the science of infant developmental movement repatterning.

When teachers accurately recognize and empathetically meet
the body imprint of early trauma, they make learning possible.
